Terms of use, privacy and medical disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-09-30
Welcome to Ver2.0. This page explains what you may and may not do, what information is kept about you and why, and what the app is — and what it isn't. Using the site, and ticking the boxes when you sign up, means you agree to all of it.
1. Terms of use
- Ver2.0 is a personal tool for building habits, managing a schedule and tracking progress, including an AI coach.
- It is for personal use. Don't use it for anything unlawful, try to break into it or get around its usage limits, or deliberately overload it.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done in your account.
- Some features, including the personal coach, are available on paid plans only and have a monthly usage allowance. Prices, allowances and features may change; we will announce material changes in advance.
- The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but don't promise it will always run without faults, and are not liable for indirect damage from using it or from relying on what the coach writes.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
- Updates to these terms are published on this page. A material change will ask for your agreement again the next time you sign in.
2. Privacy policy
- Your information is kept confidential and used only to run the service for you. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
- What is kept: your account details (name and email); your habits, schedule, tasks and ticks; your answers to the opening questionnaire and the name you gave your assistant; and coach usage (how many messages this month and what they cost), to enforce the allowance.
- Where: your data is kept in your browser and, while you are signed in, also in the cloud with our database provider, Supabase, so it syncs between your devices. Access is restricted so each person can read and change only their own data.
- The personal coach: so the coach can answer, your messages, your questionnaire answers and the data relevant to your question (such as your habits and schedule) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), only to generate the reply. Under the provider's commercial terms, this data is not used to train its models.
- We don't pass information to anyone else, apart from the providers the service can't run without (above), or where the law requires it.
- Your rights: to see your information, correct it, export it (in Settings) and ask for it to be deleted completely. You can change your questionnaire answers at any time in Settings.
3. Medical disclaimer — this is not medical advice
- Ver2.0 and the personal coach are tools for tracking, planning and general guidance in building habits. They are not medical, mental-health, psychological or nutritional advice, and are no substitute for a doctor, psychologist, dietitian or any other qualified professional.
- The coach is AI software and can be wrong. Don't rely on it for health decisions, and don't start an exercise, diet or sleep programme that could affect your health without consulting a professional — especially with an existing condition, pregnancy or injury.
- In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (in Israel, Magen David Adom: 101). In emotional distress in Israel, ERAN offers emotional first aid around the clock at 1201.
4. The personal coach — AI, not an adviser
- The personal coach and the WhatsApp assistant run on artificial intelligence. Their replies are generated automatically, without a person checking them, and can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuited to your situation.
- The coach is not an adviser. What it writes is general guidance only, not professional advice of any kind — medical, mental-health, nutritional, legal, financial or other — and no substitute for a qualified professional.
- The coach can also get things wrong in what it does: misread your schedule or habits, work out a date or time incorrectly, or add, move or delete a task you didn't mean. Check any change it makes, and don't rely on it for important meetings, deadlines or commitments without confirming them yourself.
- Your decisions and actions are your own responsibility. Using the coach's replies, and any reliance on them, is at your own risk, and we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from them, to the extent the law allows.
- The coach is not meant for emergencies or crises. In one, contact a qualified service at once — see section 3.
- Don't share sensitive information the question doesn't need, such as passwords, card details, ID numbers or medical records.
5. Google Calendar
- Syncing with Google Calendar is optional and only runs if you turn it on. The only permission asked for is events on your primary calendar (calendar.events): reading events to show them on your schedule, and creating, updating and deleting the events the app itself made from your tasks.
- What is kept: the title, date and times of events from the past week and the next two months are saved as part of your schedule, in your account. So the sync keeps working without reconnecting, your Google access token is stored on our server, encrypted, and used only to sync your calendar.
- The personal coach and the WhatsApp assistant: if you ask them to work with your calendar, the events relevant to your question are sent to Anthropic (Claude) only to generate the reply, and are not used to train models. On WhatsApp, the reply itself travels through WhatsApp (Meta) to reach you.
- Google data is never sold, never used for advertising and never passed to anyone else. Ver2.0's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Disconnecting in Settings deletes the token from our server, revokes the permission at Google and removes the imported events from your schedule. You can also revoke it directly in your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
6. The WhatsApp assistant
- The WhatsApp assistant is optional, part of the paid plan, and only works after you link your number in Settings. It manages your schedule only: it shows, adds, moves and deletes blocks, and with Google connected, in Google Calendar too.
- What is kept: the linked phone number and your time zone, the messages you send the assistant and its replies (so it can follow the conversation), and how many messages you sent this month, to enforce the allowance.
- Where it goes: messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp. To answer, your message and the relevant blocks of your schedule are sent to Anthropic (Claude), only to generate the reply, and are not used to train models.
- Disconnecting in Settings ends the link at once. You can also ask for the message history to be deleted through the support page.
7. Contact
- Questions, deletion requests or anything else about this page — through the support page.
